In Holbox Island, because of its traditional history as a fishermen island, fish dishes and, especially, lobster, are the most popular. Every morning, fishermen go out in the ocean to offer you the variety of fish and seafood more fresh that you could ever taste; even if you are a fishing lover, we would be pleased of cook for you your catch in our restaurant.

If fish dishes are not your favorite, of course we offer the most classic dishes of the region, like per example, ceviche (based in crude fish or seafood, marinated with tomato, onion and cilantro), or camarones a la diabla (with one of the most representative ingredients of Mexican food: chile), although we have some international specialties too like variety of meat, pasta, salad, rice, or vegetarian dishes.
